BMW Yacht is no Fail Boat
BMW is taking luxury and performance to the open seas – with the design of their new BMW Zeydon Z60 yacht. Granted, we don’t know much about boating here at BMWpedia, usually we’re only concerned with automobiles. But from what we gather the Z60 is one high-performance cruiser.
Car companies are big into alternative energy these days, and the Zeydon Z60 yacht is tops when it comes to their wind power system! All jokes aside, Z60 has a downwind speeds of 23 knots. On steadier seas you may only catch 10 – but when you are in a fast-paced yacht race you need every knot you can achieve. Without wind you can turn on the slip’s engine, which can cruise at speeds between 10 and 13 knots.
Zeydon’s interior is as plush and lavish as any you’d expect from BMW. After a long day of battling the mighty winds and raging ocean you can relax with a cocktail and doze off into slumber with help from soothing waves.
